The 2012 Olympic Games staging site in East London is being constructed without the Olympic Delivery Authority paying any attention to the welfare of the cats.
And the foxes. So uncaring has the ODA been that a key helper to the endangered animals, Celia Hammond has been having to campaign for the ODA to let the animals be rescued....
